We return to the intimate setting of Sussex for a dedicated look at the pinnacle of French winemaking: Burgundy. This evening is a rare opportunity to compare world-class expressions of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, focusing on the nuanced "climat" and craftsmanship that define this legendary region.

with snacks (Maldon oyster and shallot vinaigrette, mushroom marmite éclair with confit egg yolk and cornichon, beef dripping candle with milk brioche bun.)
