Tasting Notes

A bright ruby robe with fine, slow legs. The bouquet opens with aromas of stewed red fruits, tobacco, and spice. As it develops, it reveals kirsch cherry, refined spice notes of pepper and vanilla, and a subtle forest-floor character.
On the palate, the wine combines surprising freshness with an opulent texture. Vanilla nuances mingle with velvety tannins, leading to a long finish reminiscent of blackcurrant jam.
