Chateau Biac dates back to the 17th Century with a long tradition and established reputation for making outstanding wines. This reputation has been enhanced and improved ever since the Asseily family bought the estate in 2006. Tony and Youmna have undertaken extensive works in the vineyards and winery which is paying dividends in the wonderful wines they produce.
Tasting Notes
This is a super high quality white made with with great skill. Aged in 100% new French Oak for 6 months, this wine drinks like its counterparts on the Left Bank in Pessac-Leognan, for a fraction of the price.
