Montagny 1er Cru, Maison Jaffelin

A bright pale-yellow in colour. The nose displays intense and toasty nuttiness enhancing the expressive white orchard fruits. The palate shows white peach and ripe lemon flavours which are very much in evidence here with great depth, texture, hints of vanilla and a touch of cloves and smoky spice leading on to a classy, mineral twist on the finish.

Tasting Notes

Excellent fruit and distinctive floral fragrances with floral notes with a hint of sweet bun. This palate is ample yet round with exotic and white fruits aromas with a touch of vanilla. Fresh with a slightly mineral finish.
