Tasting Notes

With an average age of 25-30 years old, the quality of the Pinot Noir grapes is superb. Sancerre Rose must be made from Pinot Noir and this is what makes the wine so good. There is power and depth from the Pinot - layers of fresh strawberry and cherry - alongside freshness from the excellent acidity. I'm not always a huge rose fan but this is proper wine!
